Service Description

During a 30 minute video assessment, you describe what the problem is. We’ll provide a diagnosis and advise you what to do next. If it’s safe to do so, we will tell you how to fix the problem yourself. If not, we’ll give you the information you need to tell your electrician. After the call we will send you a written summary of our recommendations within two working days. How it works: • Book a time slot to suit you • We’ll send you the Zoom link and remind you 15 minutes before the appointment • Our expert electrical engineer will ask you to describe your problem • You can show this using your phone or tablet, and share photos or video • Our expert will advise you what the problem is • If it’s not something you can tackle yourself, we’ll advise you on the next steps • We’ll send a summary report by email within two working days
